Secret Gardens Tour & Expo
The 2010 Garden Tour and Expo will be held March 27-28, 2010. With this biennial fundraiser, we will offer an exceptional selection of Martin County’s finest private gardens to ticket holders, and a free, open to all, Garden Expo featuring Garden Vendors from the entire Southeastern US who will bring their exotic plants and garden wares for shoppers to see and purchase.

Leach Mansion
The restoration of the Leach Mansion, known as Tuckahoe, and located on an ancient Indian mound overlooking the Indian River is nearing completion. This house was the home of Mrs. Anne Bates Leach, the founder of the Garden Club of Stuart. The Club set aside ten percent of 2006 Garden Tour proceeds to assist with the restoration of a portion of the landscape. Our area will be the large three- tiered entry planter located in the center of the drive. The completion of this historic project has been long awaited and our participation will be one of the highlights of this year.
